Powell Seeks ASEAN Help on N. Korea, Burma

At a meeting of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Cambodia, Secretary of State Colin Powell urges foreign ministers to press North Korea to abandon its nuclear weapons programs. Powell also calls on Burma's military rulers to release pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi. Hear NPR's Vicky O'Hara.
