President Bush urges the international community to make it clear to Iran that "we will not tolerate" construction of nuclear weapons. He also praises Iranian protesters who have been demanding government reform. The remarks come as the IAEA debates a new report that suggests Iran has the capability to make weapons out of highly enriched uranium or plutonium. Hear NPR's Mike Shuster.
