NPR's Michele Kelemen reports from Washington that the Ukraine is trying to get back into the good graces of the Bush administration by sending peacekeepers to Iraq. The United States had criticized the Ukrainian government for allegedly authorizing the sale of an advanced radar system to Iraq last year.
