MARY LOUISE KELLY, host:

Good morning. I'm Mary Louise Kelly.

Tompkins Square Park was hopping this weekend. Queen Elizabeth was there, as was Lady Gaga in her famous meat dress. OK, actually, New Yorkers' dogs were dressed up for the 20th annual Halloween Dog Parade. Other costumes included a canine Scarlett O'Hara, two small dogs dressed as bed bugs perched on a tiny bed, and, of course, iPad dog - inspiration if you're still hounding down ideas for your own costume this year.

It's MORNING EDITION.
