Factories In China Report Surge In New Orders

MONTAGNE: Chinese factories are reporting a six-month high in new orders. That's according to figures out this morning. Normally, production slows at this time of year in China. The manufacturing surge comes even as exports to China's biggest trade partners, including the U.S., remain flat.
