The Recording Industry Association of America announces it will launch a campaign Thursday that targets individuals who trade a "substantial" amount of copyright music online through peer-to-peer networks. The RIAA says it expects to file hundreds of lawsuits in the next few months. Hear NPR's Rick Karr.
