After initial reports on Wednesday that Palestinian groups reached a cease-fire agreement, a Palestinian lawmaker now says Islamic Jihad, Hamas and Yasser Afafat's Fatah faction are finalizing wording on the truce. Kadoura Fares says formal announcement of the cease-fire may coincide with National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice's visit to the region this weekend. Hear NPR's Linda Gradstein.
