High Court Strikes Down Texas Sodomy Law

In a victory for gay rights activists, the Supreme Court overturns a Texas law that makes it a crime for people of the same sex to engage in "deviate sexual intercourse." In a 6 to 3 ruling, the high court rules the law violates the constitutional right to privacy. Hear NPR's Jennifer Ludden.
