Consumers Rush to Sign Up for Do-Not-Call List

Hundreds of thousands of consumers sign up for a new national registry for those who want to block sales calls. Starting this fall, telemarketers who phone people on the do-not-call list could be fined up to $11,000 for each violation. Hear NPR's Scott Horsley.
