Hamas and Islamic Jihad say they will suspend attacks against Israel for three months on the condition that Israel halt all operations against Palestinians and lift blockades on Palestinian regions. Yasser Arafat's Fatah faction declares a six-month truce. The announcements come as Israeli forces begin pulling back from the Gaza Strip. Hear NPR's Linda Gradstein.
