Shooting Mars Mideast Peace Gestures

A cell linked to Yasser Arafat's Fatah movement claims responsibility for the killing of a foreign worker in the West Bank. The attack occurs on the first day of a three-month cease-fire declared by major militant Palestinian factions. Meanwhile, Palestinian security forces take over control of a main Gaza road for the first time in nearly three years. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
