Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas discuss the prospect of releasing Palestinian prisoners and allowing Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat to travel. The meeting takes place as Israeli forces prepare to withdraw from Bethlehem. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
