NPR's Wade Goodwyn updates the congressional redistricting story in Texas, where Republicans are trying to redraw the lines and in the process net an additional four or five more members. Early Tuesday, Texas Democrats in the House watched as the majority Republicans passed their bill. Now the action moves to the state Senate, where Republicans face a tougher obstacle in trying to win the two-thirds vote that would change the political character of the state.
