Nevada High Court Forces Budget Issue

The state Supreme Court in Nevada lifts a constitutional requirement for a two-thirds vote to raise taxes for education. The decision comes after Nevada Gov. Kenny Guinn asks the court to compel the state legislature to finish its work on the state's overdue budget. NPR's Ina Jaffe reports.
