Federal Budget Deficit to Top $455 Billion This Year

The White House announces that this year's federal budget deficit, previously projected at about $300 billion, is now expected to reach $455 billion. Spokesmen for the Bush administration predict the deficit numbers will be reduced by about half in 2005 and 2006. NPR's Pam Fessler reports.
