Bush Judicial Nominee Pryor Under Fire

The Senate Judiciary Committee is investigating whether federal appeals court nominee William Pryor lied to the committee about his role in fundraising for the Republican Attorneys General Association. Ethical concerns have been raised about the group, whose donors include corporations that could be regulated by the candidates it supports. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg.
