Pentagon Control of Post-War Iraq Criticized

A team of analysts who studied re-construction efforts in Iraq at the request of the Pentagon finds serious shortcomings in the current U.S. operation in Iraq. They say one of the problems is that the Pentagon is in charge of reconstruction, a role it has not played in previous post-conflict situations. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
