One weapons program cited in the justification for the invasion of Iraq wasthe effort by Iraqi scientists to make a biological weapon out of ricin. The The Wall Street Journal reports that Iraqi scientists who admit being involved in Iraq's weapons programs say the Iraqi government scrapped its efforts in 1990.
