U.S. Immigration Offices Seek to Improve Service

The Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services works to speed up processing lines and improve customer service. Some offices allow people to schedule appointments or file applications over the Internet. And a new toll-free help line gives people the status of their application. Hear NPR's Jennifer Ludden.
