NPR's Ari Shapiro reports that American officials believe Cuba has been blocking U.S. government sponsored and commercial Persian language broadcasts from the U.S. into Iran. A new U.S.-Persian Language TV service was reporting on protests in Iran that the government-run TV didn't cover. The U.S. government signal is back up, but the L.A.-based National Iranian Television is still jammed.
