NAACP and Guns

A federal judge has thrown out the NAACP lawsuit accusing gun companies of endangering the public by failing to slow the flow of illegal guns. But the judge's ruling also supported many of the civil rights organization's claims — and suggested that changes to firearm companies' distribution and marketing tactics could help keep guns out of the hands of criminals. Reporter Allison Keyes has the story.
