Three Terror Suspects Won't Face Death Penalty

An Australian and two British terrorism suspects being held at Guantanamo Bay will not face the death penalty if convicted. The U.S. assurance comes after meetings with British and Australian officials who sought changes in the rules for military tribunals. Hear NPR's Jackie Northam.
