A newly released congressional report details intelligence failures by the FBI and CIA before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Lawmakers, including Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL), Sen. Bob Graham (D-FL), Rep. Porter Goss (R-FL) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), addressed the report's findings at a news conference Thursday.
