Colombia Moves Toward Peace with Militias

Colombia's right-wing paramilitary forces have pledged to demobilize by the end of 2005. Conditions for demobilization are still being determined, but many Colombians worry about making too many concessions to groups that have been responsible for some of the worst human-rights abuses in the country's decades-old civil war. NPR's Martin Kaste reports.
