Davis Recall Election Set for Oct. 7

California officials announce that a special election on whether to recall Gov. Gray Davis will take place Oct. 7. The ballot will also allow voters to choose Davis' replacement if he is ousted. Davis becomes the first governor in the state's history to face a recall. Hear NPR's Richard Gonzales and NPR's Ina Jaffe.
