Feds Send Out Child Tax Credit Rebate Checks

The Treasury Department begins sending checks to about 25 million parents who claimed the child tax credit on their federal income tax forms. The checks are part of the Bush administration's newest tax and spending package. But not all working parents are eligible for the extra cash. NPR's Jack Speer reports.
