After a 19-hour siege, renegade Philippine army troops end their occupation of a downtown Manila shopping area. The troops took control of the mall to air their grievances — they accuse the government and army of corruption and collusion with Muslim rebels in the island nation. NPR's Jacki Lyden talks with Time magazine correspondent Michael Schuman.
