Liberian Archbishop Pleads for U.S. Aid

Robert Siegel talks with Archbishop Michael Francis of Monrovia, Liberia, about the civil war in his country and why he believes the United States has an obligation to help. Francis is in Washington, D.C., to make his case to the White House, the State Department and Congress.
