Peru Seeks Fujimori's Extradition

Authorities in Peru want to put Alberto Fujimori, the former president, on trial for murder and corruption. But Fujimori is living in Japan and authorities there refuse to extradite Fujimori on the grounds he is a Japanese citizen. Bryan Shih reports.
