After months of insisting on direct talks with the United States, North Korea says it is willing to participate in six-way talks on its nuclear weapons programs. The meetings will involve regional powers China, Japan, Russia and South Korea, as well as the United States and North Korea. Hear Washington Post reporter Glenn Kessler.
