Colleges Strain to Document Foreign Students
A new, Internet-based federal data program is now in effect to track every foreign college student in the United States. It's a byproduct of terrorism concerns, but U.S. colleges and universities are struggling to meet the program's requirements. NPR's Jackie Northam reports.
