N. Korea: Multi-Lateral Talks to Open 'Soon'

North Korea's foreign ministry says that U.S.-proposed six-way talks on the communist country's nuclear weapons ambitions will begin "soon" in Beijing, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reports. The talks will include China, Japan, Russia and South Korea. Hear NPR's Mike Shuster.
