Three months after the end of major combat in Iraq, U.S. officials remove numerous restrictions on economic activity. Despite ongoing violence and lawlessness in the streets, Iraqi entrepreneurs and foreign investors look at new opportunities to make money. Hear NPR's Ivan Watson.
