Horse Clone Lifts Hopes for Saving Rare Breeds

Italian scientists announce the birth of the world's first cloned horse. The announcement gives hope to conservationists who think cloning technology may someday help save critically endangered relatives of the horse, such as the Somali Wild Ass and Koulan.
