Author Christopher Hitchens recently wrote an article about Your Black Muslim Bakery and its alleged criminal activity in Oakland, Calif.

In the Slate article, he discusses the recent murder of Oakland Post journalist Chauncey Bailey. Bailey was investigating the finances of the bakery at the time of his death. He was gunned down in a daylight shooting that police believe was a contract hit.
