Safety of Baby Bath Seats Questioned

Consumer groups are petitioning the Consumer Product Safety Commission to ban infant bath seats. Some argue the seats give parents a false sense of security that can lead to parental negligence and accidental drownings. NPR's Ari Shapiro reports.
