A random drawing Monday will determine the ballot order in California, where nearly 200 people are vying to replace Gov. Gray Davis in an Oct. 7 recall election. Many hopefuls are launching their campaigns with attacks on actor Arnold Schwarzenegger's high-profile bid to be the next governor. NPR's Richard Gonzales reports.
