AWOL Texas Senators Fined for Leaving State

The drama continues in the state of Texas -- earlier this week, Republican state senators voted to fine Democrats holed up in New Mexico. Also, several Colorado state senators will travel to Albuquerque to meet with the 11 politicians who fled their state to stop the redistricting plan from being approved. Texas state Democratic senators Royce West and Leticia Van de Putte talk with NPR's Tavis Smiley.
