Argentina Moves to Repeal Amnesty Laws

In a move cheered by human rights groups, legislators in Argentina's lower house vote to annul amnesty laws that effectively ended trials over abuses that occurred during the country's military dictatorship. The Argentine Senate now debates the measure. Brian Byrnes reports.
