Recall Ballot Will Bear 135 Names

California's secretary of state certifies a final list of 135 candidates hoping to replace Gov. Gray Davis. Election officials are scrambling to figure out how to fit that many names on the Oct. 7 recall ballot. It's likely many ballots will have to be counted by hand. NPR's Mandalit del Barco reports.
