Union Threatens Verizon with Boycott

The union representing Verizon's East Coast workers says it is compiling the names of Verizon customers willing to switch their service to rival AT&T if Verizon insists on job cuts. Company officials say the move will only end up hurting the workers themselves. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
