Melissa Block talks with Beth Fertig, a reporter with member station WNYC in New York, about how the city's residents are dealing with the power outages. Con Ed says power has been restored to sections of all of New York's five boroughs. Mayor Bloomberg says power has been restored to about 64 percent of the city.
