Travel Remains Hit-or-Miss Process

For millions of people across the United States, the blackout has made travel very difficult, if not impossible. Airline flights continue to be delayed and canceled. Rail service in the Northeast, from Amtrak to the New York subway system, is severely disrupted. NPR's John Ydstie reports.
