We bring you another short perspective on the blackout — one that illustrates how bad things can sometimes yield good results. Jay Reynolds is the director at the Walter R. Sheely Planetarium in Bay Village, Ohio. He says the outage gave him and his friends the chance to see the stars in perfect darkness.
