Former Ugandan dictator Idi Amin dies in exile in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia. Amin may have executed as many as 500,000 people during his time in power. He seized control of the African nation in a 1971 coup and was ousted in 1979. NPR's Linda Wertheimer reviews Amin's life.
