Blacks and the FBI

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been working to improve its relationship with the African American community, reaching out to recruit more people of color into the organization. NPR's Tavis Smiley talks with Mark Bullock, assistant director of the FBI's Administrative Services Division, about these recent efforts. They also discuss Bullock's own experience as an African American in the agency.
