Tamara Keith of member station KQED reports the California legislature is considering a bill that will allow illegal immigrants to get a state drivers' licenses. After vetoing the bill last year, Gov. Gray Davis lost the support of many Hispanic organizations. This year, the bill has been revised and Davis says he will sign it.
