Argentina's Congreso Dome

Argentina's economic outlook is brightening, and so is its skyline. NPR's Bob Mondello reports that the nation's legislature, the Congreso, which has long sat in shadows on its busy streetscape at night, has been illuminated for the first time in more than a decade.
