It has been 140 years since one of the bloodiest massacres in American history, yets there's still disagreement among people in Kansas and Missouri about the man behind Qantrill's Raid on Lawrence, Kansas. In Kansas, William Quantrill is considered a mass murderer. For many in Missouri, he's a hero.
