'Ten Commandments' Judge Won't Remove Monument

Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore defies a federal court order to remove a monument to the Ten Commandments from the state judicial building. The U.S. Supreme Court had rejected Moore's request to block a district court's order to remove the granite monument. The district court ruled the display violated constitutional provisions for the separation of church and state. Hear NPR's Debbie Elliott.
